Customized Product Return and Exchange Policy
At Sree Varadha Jewellery , we take pride in providing high-quality, customized products tailored to your personal specifications. Since these items are made specifically for you, we have created a return and exchange policy that ensures fairness for both parties. Please read the policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Customized Products
Customized products are designed and made-to-order based on your personal selections and preferences. Once the production of a customized product has begun or is completed, it becomes unique to you and cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items, except in the following circumstances.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your customized product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect customization details, manufacturing defects, or shipping damage), we will provide a full return, replacement, or refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
How to report a defective or damaged item:
- Step 1: Contact us at info.sakthiganesh@gmail.com or through our customer service portal within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Step 2: Provide a clear photo of the defective or damaged item, including any flaws or mistakes, and a brief description of the issue.
- Step 3: We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, or we may ask for the product to be returned to us for further inspection.
3. Customer Approval Before Production
Before we begin the production of your customized item, we will send you a mock-up or design proof for approval. This is to ensure that the product matches your specifications, including text, colors, and other personalization details. Once you approve the design, it will be sent into production, and no changes or cancellations can be made after approval.
Important Notes:
- If you do not approve the design within the specified time frame, your order may be delayed.
- If you request any changes after the design is approved and production has begun, we cannot guarantee these changes can be made, and additional fees may apply.
4. No Returns for Customer Error
Please double-check the details you provide when ordering your customized product (e.g., spelling, color choices, and other customization). Since these products are made specifically to your order, we are not responsible for customer errors, and no returns will be accepted for mistakes made during the customization process.
However, if you notice an issue with your order after approval, please contact us immediately, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limited Return Window for Misordered Products
In some cases, we may allow exchanges for customized products if you request a change before production begins. However, once production has started, we cannot accept returns. If you believe the wrong product was shipped (for example, incorrect design or details), please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
Please note: Customized products are not eligible for a direct refund, but we may offer an exchange depending on the circumstances.
6. Return Process for Non-Defective Items
For items that are not defective but you still wish to return (e.g., due to dissatisfaction with the design or a change of mind), we can only process exchanges or store credit. Returns will not be accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Step 2: Return the unused product in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and instructions.
- Step 3: If approved Refund will be credited within 10 days and replacement/exchanged products will be delivered within 7-8 days
8. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items. If you are returning a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please keep a copy of your tracking number as proof of return.
